Ice Tea-web can be sourced from here

Download the MSI version in the "Windows portable build" section (http://icedtea.wildebeest.org/download/icedtea-web-binaries/1.8/windows/itw-installer.msi)

Once downloaded, run the MSI to install Ice Tea-web

From the computer Desktop right click and choose New and then Shortcut.

Then enter the location of the shortcut item.

Then press Next

Enter a name for the shortcut     eg. PMM Corretto

Then press Finish

You can now run PMM by opening this desktop shortcut.

Note: the location of the shortcuts will have to change if you have not installed Iced Tea-web in the default location C:\Program Files\IcedTeaWeb\WebStart\bin\

When you have started PMM via your desktop shortcut you will be prompted with the following dialogs.

Toggle on the Always trust content from this publisher checkbox and press the Run button.
